Your Story to deliver a free webinar for Queensland community workers

Community workers in Queensland can find out more about the Disability Royal Commission and the supports available at a free online event in April.

Hosted by Legal Aid Queensland, the webinar will be presented by Your Story Disability Legal Support’s Queensland lawyer Steve Wettenhall.

It will cover:

• the service and support Your Story can provide to people with disability and their carers, family members or supporters
• how a person can engage with the Disability Royal Commission and closing dates for the inquiry
• common concerns, legal issues and questions raised by people wanting to engage with the Disability Royal Commission
• how Your Story, disability advocates and community workers can work together to support mutual clients.
