On 26 May the Disability Royal Commission released its latest issues paper to learn more about the use and impact of restrictive practices on people with disability. The paper includes 13 questions. Some of the questions are focused on how laws, policies and practices around restrictive practices can be improved to prevent and protect people with disability from violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation.
The Disability Royal Commission has asked for responses by 28 August 2020, although they will accept submissions after this date.
