We are a free service and we are available across Australia.

Independent

We give legal help to tell your story.

This help is independent and separate from the Disability Royal Commission.

Specialist lawyers and workers

Our staff provide trauma informed and disability aware services.

Speaking to a lawyer does not mean you are in trouble.

  • People with disability.
  • Family, friends, carers, advocates and supporters.

We are available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), excluding Queensland public holidays.

Help in other languages

We can organise an interpreter for you. This includes an Auslan Interpreter.

www National Relay Service

If you are Deaf, hard of hearing and/or have a speech impairment you can talk to us using the National Relay Service.

When you call us

We will listen to you and give you general legal information.

If you need legal advice we will organise this for you.
