Demi, Western Australia lawyer

I grew up in the South West of Western Australia and completed my Bachelor of Laws at Murdoch University, whilst working in criminal law. I went on to work as an Associate in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and then as a solicitor in a community legal centre specialising in social security law.

My time in community law uncovered my passion for supporting people with disability to overcome legal issues, and I was thrilled to have the opportunity to do that full time with Your Story Disability Legal Support.

I joined Your Story in May 2022. I love being part of the Your Story team as I get to meet and assist so many resilient and generous people who are sharing their stories for worthwhile change.
