Hiran, South Australia lawyer

I grew up and currently reside in Adelaide, South Australia. I completed a Bachelor of Laws/Health Sciences double degree from the University of Adelaide in 2016 and also have a Graduate Certificate in Disability Studies.

After graduating, I worked as a solicitor at a private law firm in Adelaide before joining the Legal Services Commission of South Australia as a Legal Adviser. I really enjoyed working in this role and providing legal advice to a broad cross section of society, particularly focusing on civil, family and criminal law matters.

I joined Your Story Disability Legal Support in May 2021 and look forward to being able to assist individuals to share their stories with the Royal Commission, which will hopefully provide positive change for people with disability in the years to come.
