Darwin seniors can meet Your Story’s Northern Territory (NT) team and find out how we can support seniors and their loved ones to safely share their story with the Disability Royal Commission at COTA NT’s Seniors Expo in September.
In anticipation of the inaugural NT Grandparents Day in October, this year’s expo will showcase the territory’s multicultural diversity and feature intergenerational activities. Everyone who attends is encouraged to wear or accessorise in national dress and bring along their grandchildren.
Your Story's NT team will be at the expo to provide information and resources on the Disability Royal Commission and free supports that are available to people with disability, including seniors, and their supporters.
The expo is being held at CDU Stadium, Sitzler Netball Centre, 235 Abala Road, Marrara, NT 0812. Entry is free to the public and everyone is welcome. Register your attendance by Thursday 12 August.
